Well rounded project management experience with a very solid background in Project Engineering including development and implementation of Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs for commercial and industrial applications. Oversaw conception, development, and execution of all QA/QC responsibilities for various multi-phased developments including execution of all actionable item identification and tracking throughout the course of construction. Currently managing industrial expansions and structural blast retrofitting to provide specific blast loading requirements to existing industrial facilities. Have experience in both field and office document control as related to commercial and industrial construction through multiple mediums - specifically digital document control on mobile platforms. Interested in the streamlining of document flow between design/construction/engineering teams to more efficiently communicate ideas and directives between each party. Specialties: Development of comprehensive Document Control Programs and QA/QC Programs for large construction and real estate developments with emphasis on the identification and tracking of construction related tasks using mobile platforms via synchronous/asynchronous communication technologies.
