About Thomas Barker

I am an entrepreneur who knows what it means to be an entrepreneur - rolling up my sleeves to get things done when it needs to be. I have a passion for developing innovative projects and services; working with investors and creative thinkers and bringing solutions to the market. Early in my career at the age of 19, I won the Sparkhouse entrepreneur startup awards, providing me with a grant to develop the solution I pitched in a 'dragon den' style presentation. By 22-23 I had a team of 12 staff and worked with 100's of outsourced third party providers. From there I have built, or been a part of, many successful companies and projects ranging from large scale international investment bonds to a tea-delivery start-up. I've had the pleasure of supporting £million insurance companies, from early stages to present date, have consulted for many SMEs and am currently working with un-known and main stream charities, looking into their marketing campaigns and increasing their revenue. I'm a traditional 'old school' hard worker, being brought up as a dairy farmer will instil that in you. I specialise in bond & investment placement, business strategy & operations, leadership, future planning, innovation & creativity, team building and real time problem-solving.
