About Thomas Barnett

I Live to Create. This simple statement encompasses the whole of my existence and fuels in me, an inextinguishable passion for learning, problem solving, and a pursuit of constant self-improvement. My passion for creativity has very few limits and breathes excitement into the ordinary; be it generating excel spreadsheets, designing my home garden, or leading team meetings. I am incapable of not putting myself into whatever it is that I touch. When I take on a task, the enthusiasm and joy I have for obtaining whatever knowledge or skills are necessary for completion has, for as long as I can remember, inspired and motivated others to join my cause. It is not the glory or credit received for the results of creative endeavors that drives me but rather the creative process itself, because I live to create. Seeking to infuse creative thought into all aspects of of my professional career is what sets me apart from other managers. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to utilize my creative talents and develop my skills in many of the key disciplines of management, which include, Employee Recruitment, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service Training, Raw Material/Inventory Procurement, and Operations Management. If asked to summarize myself in one word, above all else I would say that I am an Artist. The primary media for which I have chosen to create my art and apply my creativity can also be summarized in one word, Life.
