Experienced in development and sustainment of IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual System), for the U.S. Air Force’s Data Courier Web, and the US Navy’s, Data Courier and “NSIV” (Naval Standard Internet Viewer). I maintain, and am always seeking to improve on, a high level of proficiency, authoring data in Renaissance Suite, “QUILL”, Arbortext Editor Suite, Microsoft Office applications, Contenta and Adobe Acrobat Professional. I have no problem reading and analyzing most engineering drawings, documents and/or schematics to extract necessary information. Prior experience in the USAF has given me a high standard of work ethics and a “Can Not Fail” attitude. The expertise I’ve gained with military aircraft maintenance enables me to use that knowledge base to exceed any customer expectations. I am always eager to learn new, challenging and rewarding procedures.
