About Thomas Bennett

I am effective and adaptable with extensive experience and a wealth of readily transferable skills. I consider a real strength of mine lies in assessing existing works and processes and making changes that result in improved efficiency and cost savings. Although I am very much a team player, I am also an independent thinker who is able to drive operations forward through leading change and business improvement initiatives. I have a proven track record of developing beneficial relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have in-depth experience with all the differing aspects of large scale management, including; budgeting, people management, operations and resources management as well as managing performance. Perhaps the most fulfilling part of my current position is developing a workforce to take care and pride in their work. I strongly believe that valuing the contributions made by individuals encourages genuine commitment and certainly, this has been my own experience. I am adept also at identifying operational problems and inefficiencies and implementing `fit for purpose` solutions. I have played a leading role in improving the performance of all the companies I have worked for. My personal maxim is to strive for excellence and it is really important to me that I enjoy my work and am able to see the positive difference I make. I see the results of my commitment every day and I am looking forward to meeting each challenge as it arises. I am fortunate to have developed a broad range of operational management and events skills and I look forward to continuing my career into the future.
