Dear Visitor I am a SCM & Sourcing Manager with high capability in Sourcing Strategies & implementation (NPI) especially according LC and its different steps. As docent for market research and member of official education chamber in Switzerland I am often at work to train new Sourcing managers. Therefore I try everything to give my thoughts and knowledge to others. Every year I am responsible for Training, teaching and developing courses for common new Strategic buyers in Switzerland, a great honour and opportunity to be in front of a knowledge Campus for Supply Chain. Leading my SCM more with my heart and open minded spirit than directives, with 11 members according to the LC incl. EOL and LTB business I am the expert for Sourcing and Supplier Integration questions and challenges. Driven by solutions and TCO thoughts! Based on knowing, that everything must be improved year by year I am developing newest tool and switched from old static Cockpit and BSC solutions into empowered and interactive Cockpits which allows a superb result in achieving instantly results. One of the “file rouge” in my thoughts is based on Gene Kranz former Flight-Director of Apollo 13, Failure is not an Option.
