About Thomas Boys

Further to completing my second master’s in international management, I am looking to pursue a career that allows me to fully capitalise on my analytical rigour, international exposure and interest in current affairs. Having already worked on a variety of projects with clients to design clear, outcome-driven solutions, I thrive on tackling complex problems. My recent experience has been deliberately shaped to develop these capabilities, and I am now looking to join a team in London where I can apply them in a fast pace environment. Most recently, I worked with Maersk on mining logistics strategy across Latin America. The project involved market analysis, infrastructure assessment and evaluating the strategic use of digital tools to improve traceability and compliance in supply chains. It sharpened my perspective on how technology can support decision-making in global operations, particularly within the logistics and commodity flows that underpin international trade. At Kite Insights, I developed a partnership strategy for a sustainability reporting tool, achieving outcomes through AI-enabled outreaches. I also led due diligence on prospective clients in Saudi Arabia and co-authored a whitepaper on youth mental health policy aimed at the EU Commission. Previously, at Byly Group, I built a market prioritisation model to guide expansion strategy in Latin America, turning complex data into actionable insights for leadership. I hold an MSc in International Management from ESADE, having graduated with distinction in geopolitics. I have recently completed my second master’s in International Management through the CEMS Global Alliance, which included a five-month exchange semester in Chile. Franco-British and fluent in English and French, I also speak working Spanish and intermediate Italian. I have studied or worked across Europe, Latin America and Asia, and thrive in cross-cultural, high-performance environments. Analytical, curious and collaborative, I am excited to keep building my career at the intersection of strategy and global markets.
