About Thomas Bracken

I've been writing professionally for about 14 years. I discovered my passion for writing when I was fortunate enough to land a position with backcountry.com in 2009. I started writing product copy. A couple of years and a few thousand product descriptions later, I moved into a marketing copywriter position, where I transitioned from Junior Marketing Copywriter to Senior Copywriter, then lead Marketing Writer for the flagship site, backcountry.com. In 2014, I left backcountry to become a freelance copywriter, where I wrote copy for clients in a wide variety of industries. I was then hired by Red Olive, a full-service (design, development, marketing) digital agency. During my two years with Red Olive, I wrote site copy and marketing copy for a huge variety of clients. This included nearly 40 complete websites and marketing copy for more than 60 clients. I've written everything—from blog posts and editorial articles to complete websites, banner ads, white papers, press releases, video scripts, and more. Additionally, I have experience in a wide range of industries, and am able to write in just about any voice a client could want.
