About Thomas Breen

With an extensive thirty-three year history, Tom Breen has a unique and diverse understanding of the eye care industry. His knowledge and expertise has benefited doctors, staff and industry suppliers by increasing productivity and profitability. Tom is currently the vice president of practice transition and acquisitions services at the Williams Group. Formerly a senior consultant and the director of business development for the firm, he has helped eye care businesses implement successful growth and transition strategies. During the course of his career, he’s worked with such stalwarts as Vision Source, Marchon, and Rite Style Optical. Tom received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an emphasis in marketing management and communications. Following his college career, Tom lived and fished in Gustavus, Alaska while working for an outfitter.
