About Thomas Brennan

I have longer than 20 years of experience as a professional writer, publishing blogs, articles and white papers on wide-ranging topics, including employee recruitment and engagement; emotional intelligence and leadership; diversity, equity & inclusion; remote work and cybersecurity. Articles and blogs have appeared in mainstream media such as Fast Company, Inc. Magazine, Forbes, Huffington Post, Oakland Tribune, and Travel & Leisure. I also ghost-wrote Remote Work with Kim Shepherd and Chris Dyer; The New Era of Recruiting: Mastering new technologies and analytics in the post-COVID-19 talent market with Alyssa Thach; The Power of Company Culture, second edition with Chris Dyer; and Managing Employee Burnout with Shauna Moran. In addition, I am passionate about helping students learn subject content, critical thinking and a sense of pride and ownership. Driven by a deep avocational interest in linguistics, particularly the link between language and epistemology, I share a unique perspective on literary analysis and the practice of writing. I've taught both at the high school and college levels. In college, I won awards for both my undergraduate senior thesis, Gender and Power in the Genealogy of the Parsifal Myth, and my master's thesis, Postmodern Theory and Practice for Public Administrators.
