I have been a generalist HR professional since the completion of my Masters degree in 2009 and have always been focused on building a career in the international market place dealing with multicultural management issues. My background & experiences were mainly in the great world of Aerospace within the Safran Group and Airbus Group before shifting to the fascinating humanitarian sector, led by the willingness to have a greater positive impact on others and myself.I joined MSF (Medecins Sans Frontières - Doctors Without Borders) in 2019 to experience passionate challenges, initially doing assignments as HR & Finances manager in the countries where the NGO is deployed (7 months in Yemen, 3.5 months in Ethiopia and 6 months in DR Congo between 2019 and 2022). I have now moved towards the areas of project management and Compensation & Benefits, first by leading a C&B review project in MSF Canada, and now the project management side of the global rewards review at the international level.
