As an Executive dedicated to elevating companies to be “the best of the best”, I approach business and life with an open mind and creative vision. Opportunities for optimization and evolution are all around us if we have a keen eye in leveraging resources and potential. I have been fortunate enough to develop my perspective and skill sets through international management experience in a variety of industries, from Hospitality and Facility Management, to Energy and Food Production. These broad experiences allowed me to elevate my financial acumen and operational strategy from diverse angles, streamlining processes and integrating complex projects that support corporate growth and engagement. Most recently, my role with Paradigm Building Solutions has offered an opportunity to work directly in the innovative sphere, overseeing Operations and Supply Chain Management for manufacturing of cutting edge, sustainable and energy efficient prefabricated wall panels. Collaborating on projects that have enhanced communities and elevated building practices has been an honour, giving meaning to my work and allowing for more potential to learn and grow. Some of my achievements include: • Quick promotion to Director of Operations at market-leading, innovative manufacturing company. • Providing strategic leadership to 6 accommodation facilities, including department heads and 175 staff, during a complex expansion project, ensuring guest satisfaction, team engagement, and efficient project coordination at full occupancy. • Dissected and restructured operations for leading international organization, including policy development, quality control procedures and team organization, resulting in +15% improvements in overall efficiencies. • Optimized an underused warehouse and managed ordering processes, eliminating a projected -60% in new purchases. Learning and exploration are at the core of who I am. I continually seek out opportunities to evolve and grow, whether it is through travel and adventure sports, or culture and meaningful conversation. I am currently seeking opportunities to contribute to executive boards in realizing their organizational potential and contributing innovative thought to moving projects forward.
