I’ve spent over 30 years in leadership and operations, starting in the foodservice industry and eventually stepping into nonprofit work focused on making a meaningful impact. Throughout my career, I’ve built teams, managed complex systems, and developed strong partnerships that support long-term success. In my current role as Prison Ministry Manager with Prison Fellowship, I oversee ministry operations across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. I work closely with community leaders, churches, volunteers, and corrections staff to bring hope and practical support to incarcerated individuals and their families. My focus is on building relationships, supporting reentry efforts, and creating pathways for restoration that continue beyond the prison walls. Leading my own consulting firm, Pacific Northwest Foodservice Advisors, I have worked with organizations to streamline operations, manage costs, and build strong vendor and team relationships. Those experiences gave me a practical approach to leadership and a deep appreciation for what it takes to run mission-focused organizations well. I care deeply about leading with integrity, investing in people, and doing work that matters. Whether leading programs in the field or supporting teams behind the scenes, I bring a steady hand, a focus on solutions, and a strong sense of purpose to the work I do.
