Most recently, leading large marketing teams in the successful execution of full funnel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of eCommerce brands during a phase of huge growth in a highly regulated and complex environment. I have built and led large marketing teams with accountability for customer acquisition, brand fame and retention. I’m a proven culture driver with a history of building engaged and high performing teams. I'm passionate about leading and developing people. Recently, I played a leadership role in the delivery of a large marketing transformation program to advance the marketing practice in a complex matrixed organisation. I’m an excellent storyteller with LT experience in communicating simply strategy, commercial performance and marketing ROI. I have led large-scale campaigns from marquee seasonal events to new product launches. A data-driven marketer with an in-depth understanding of measurement principles including application of econometrics, attribution modelling and metrics like CPA, LTV, ROAS.
