Tools and processes: Cost, schedule and quality management throughout the program life cycle, from concept development through development of customer specific requirements, proposals, System Design and Development (SD & D), qualification and system verification. Expert understanding of the technical as well as business elements to reduce overall program technical risk. Excellent management and influencing skills and quantitative skills with frequent utilization of tools such as MS Project, Excel and the ERP system. Demonstrated experience in the following areas: Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, DOD Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Statement of Work (SOW), Test, Requirements Management, Configuration management (CM), Contract types, Leading and Lagging Program metrics, Program Review Authority (PRA), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), FAR and DFAR contract terms and Supplier Management.
