About Thomas Cerruti

Student in the general engineering program at CESI in Nice, eager to bring my energy, contribute to the development of our society, and acquire more skills, I aim to specialize in energy—a topic more relevant than ever. After completing a two-year program in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, my focus naturally shifted towards the fields of energy and computing. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to play a part, at my level, in the energy transition within the Société Monégasque de l'Energie et du Gaz (SMEG), where I will be an apprentice throughout the three years of my engineering cycle. This is an opportunity I am thrilled to have seized. Indeed, the principality's government, being a pioneer in the evolution of our energy system, allows me to learn new concepts, innovate, and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that will soon be indispensable for our future! Teamwork, a sense of merit, and curiosity are my main working principles—ones I impose on myself or that come naturally, propelling me towards new horizons day after day.
