I have 25+ years of experience working in B2B and B2C marketing, promotion and sales. Experience and an advanced knowledge of the music, recording and entertainments industry. I have worked in the UK, France (working as a teaching assistant in a school in Lille) and Germany (living and working in Berlin for 15 years, including work in the music industry and teaching English and French). Previous experience includes working as a languages teacher as well as translation work from French and German into English. I also set up and ran my own business in the food wholesale industry whilst living in Berlin. I have been involved in organising music and entertainments events ranging from small concerts to street parties and festivals. My work in this field has included advertising, booking artists and venues, artist hosting, catering and event management. I have toured Europe and North America with musical artists from countries such as the UK, USA, Norway, Finland, Sweden and Germany. This has been as a musician and tour manager as well as roadie and merch man. Having worked for almost 10 years at OpenCRM, I am now heading the Customer Success department with the aim of helping clients get the most from their systems.
