With a dynamic career journey that began as a Graphic Designer progressed into a pioneering Non-Linear Editor for television serials in Kerala, I have continuously embraced new opportunities and challenges. My passion for creative expression extended to sound recording and mixing during my tenure with Process Color, where I honed my skills in both print and visual media. An Economics graduate with a PGDCA course from NIIT, I developed a logical and analytical mindset that has served me well throughout my professional life. Always eager to learn and stay at the forefront of innovation, I have consistently sought out new software solutions to enhance productivity and simplify workflows within organizations. As an experienced Information Technology Coordinator, I bring a wealth of expertise in educational technology, instructional design, editing software, public speaking, and management. My role as General Manager (Operations) at MWT involves leading a team of dedicated counselors and professionals, guiding healthcare professionals and students towards promising career pathways on a global scale. I actively engage with the audience through video blogs, providing updates on international opportunities and changes abroad. A significant aspect of my work involves offering individual and group career counseling and job search coaching to students and alumni. Empowering others to make informed career decisions and explore various occupational choices is a fulfilling endeavor. My commitment to connecting individuals with part-time, internship, and full-time employment opportunities further strengthens their career prospects.
