Thomas is the founder and Executive Director of Versal Property which he founded in 2013. He brings a wealth of experience in project marketing and sales that he honed in his 10+ years as a specialist consultant. His residential sales career began at The Waterfront in Wentworth Point, and since then his natural talent and confident approach has seen him achieved sales excellence. Thomas held a senior position with Hays Recruitment in their Human Resources divisions, where he was responsible for Australian and New Zealand staff. Thomas’s illuminating manor and superior customer service ability was recognised while he worked with Westpac Banking Corporation where he was awarded the Westpac Ask Once Award for Team Spirit and Quality Performance. A previous position saw him working in multinational sales for the Asia-Pacific and where he was selling direct to key-decision makers. Successful development of his personal marketing channels enabled Thomas to build an extensive and loyal database over time. He has a large referral base. Malaysian born, Thomas is multilingual, proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hakka. Thomas is a licensed Real Estate Agent in New South Wales.
