About Thomas Conlin

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, I am passionate about PI & D and seeking an entry level job in the field process engineering to start my career. During my studies, I was team captain of my senior design team where we researched synthesis methods for gas separation also in my senior year I completed research, ‘Developing an Air Monitoring Drone’ and testing air quality around UConn’s campus. I gained PI & D experience with Aspen plus and Simulink in courses such as Process Kinetics, Unit Operation & Process Simulation and Process Dynamics & Control. As well as experience with benchtop chemistry skills synthesizing and gas chromatography testing experience through senior design. I am highly teachable and hardworking, as well as willing to relocate and work to obtain a Professional Engineer's License or additional education in engineering for a company that can grow my career.
