Built Turnaround Project Controls Department: Transformed Suncor's project controls team within 18 months by creating roles/accountabilities and training staff, transitioning from project accounting to planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost controls. Implemented Technology Solutions: Drove commercialization of advanced real-time analytics at Suncor by leading cross-functional teams and executing a site-wide roadmap and readiness plan, improving a $2.5B business unit. Driving Decarbonization Initiatives: As a co-founder of Brine Tech, worked with U of C researchers & corporate sponsors to plan and pilot a small CO2 Capture electrochemical cell.
