As an experienced banking professional, I currently serve as a Senior Associate - Merchant Retention Specialist at NAB, where I’ve spent the past three years helping business clients retain and grow their merchant relationships. During this time, I’ve also taken on over six months of step-up leadership opportunities, and I’m now seconded as a Manager for our Retention and Outbound Sales team. With prior banking experience at CBA and a background in Finance and Accounting, I’ve built a solid foundation in financial analysis, client management, and risk awareness. I’m deeply committed to continuous learning and have a strong interest in leadership and team development. I’m passionate about driving performance, creating a positive team culture, and building long-term client relationships.
