My background in manufacturing spans hands-on production control, continuous improvement engineering, and large-scale project management — all backed by a deep understanding of what it takes to grow a business the right way. I began my journey at NJPT, where I held dual roles in production control and as a continuous improvement engineer. There, I developed an inside view of manufacturing operations and gained critical insight into how businesses scale — and where they often stumble. These lessons became the foundation for how I approach every project: with systems thinking, lean principles, and an obsession with progress. Today, I serve as Lead Mechanical Project Engineer at a fast-paced manufacturing shop, managing high-stakes customer projects from the shop floor to delivery.
