Spent 14 years at Fairfield Prep (3 as Asst AD and 11 as AD) collaborating with students, families and administration to grow our program participation significantly over the years to support 80 percent of our 800+ boy student body that participates in athletics. Significantly grew our coaching staff headcount to support our rising participation numbers and recruited and retained some of the most dynamic and talented coaches in the area to serve and lead our students. Developed numerous initiatives to support facilities upgrades and large scale projects as well as the integration of technology into our programs and aligning our athletic programs with the schools mission. Will be joining Rye Country Day School as Director of Athletics in July 2025 with a focus on developing a vision for the department, attracting the best coaches in the area, upgrading facilities and enhancing the student athlete experience.
