In my current role as Associate Director, I have taken full ownership of operations, managing P&L, budget planning, and ensuring client and employee satisfaction across 15+ programs. I have been instrumental in leading strategic workshops that shape our country's vision and foster innovation. By focusing on key performance indicators and workforce management, I have successfully maintained service levels and strengthened our client relationships, while driving the team towards achieving our gross margin targets and improving account satisfaction.
