I'm a Psychology graduate with a knack for making meaningful connections and driving positive change. My journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Lighthouse Autism Center, where I've had the privilege of working closely with individuals on the autism spectrum. From providing tailored therapy to mentoring new team members, every day brings new opportunities to make a difference in someone's life. Outside the therapy room, I'm passionate about embracing technology to enhance my skills. My journey with Salesforce, from earning certifications to implementing solutions, has been an exciting one, reflecting my eagerness to adapt and grow. Before diving into the world of behavioral therapy, I spent a summer as a Residential Advisor for the Trio Upward Bound Program. It was a transformative experience, guiding high school students from diverse backgrounds toward their academic goals and beyond. With a background in sales and customer service, I bring a blend of empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills to everything I do.
