About Thomas de Ming

I am a managing partner at RangeMaker, a company that helps organizations create and execute innovative strategies, processes, and solutions. I have over 30 years of experience as a founder and creative director of Ming, a company that offers efficient educations and meetings, thinking-friendly interiors, and productive improvement work. My mission is to simplify, synergize, and trailblaze in different types of strategic change processes, and to improve the improvement work itself. I have a broad and versatile toolbox that enables me to bring strategies and customer offerings to life at a holistic level, and to make it easier for everyone involved to create and follow value-creating routines and rituals at a micro level. I have worked with clients from various sectors and scales, from global enterprises such as Investor, Scania, Volvo Cars, and Siemens, to national projects for AtriumLjungberg, Stadium, Systembolaget, Friskis & Svettis, and the Foundation for Strategic Research. I have also trained over 60 professors and 200 doctoral students to present their research to the business world and to develop their pedagogy in the teaching role. I am often described as a mix of MacGyver and McKinsey, combining abstract thinking with very practical solutions.
