As a Logistics Team Lead at Expeditors, I am responsible for creating and managing the presentation of monthly and quarterly metrics, delegating the workload for the team based on queue size and complexity, handling escalations from customer team, and managing/training a team of five. I also collaborate with customer team to implement improvements to our process and sort out pain points from the previous issues or delays in the process outline. Additionally, I assist with logistical issues and work with third party teams for a valid solution for the customer and third party contacts. I have demonstrated problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills throughout my role, and I have received positive feedback from customers, engineers, and onsite point of contacts.
