As Chief Executive Officer of EVS, Ltd, a 100% Employee Owned business, I have the opportunity to lead two exceptional teams of managers and employees. Our ESOP started in 2015 with EVS, Ltd, the nation’s premier supplier of seating and restraint solutions for the EMS and Medical Industry. At EVS, employee owners are passionate about protecting First Responders. In 2017 Sha-Do Corporation was added to our ESOP. As a regional leader specializing in customized metal fabrication, Sha-Do prides itself on serving customers that require precision, low tolerances and engineering assistance. My focus is to continuously meet the changing needs of these two businesses while increasing value and employee engagement. These strategies are targeted to best meet the needs of our employee owners, customers, and the communities in which we operate. I lead the Executive Team and, as a Board member, serve as the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and all stakeholders.
