I had been in working in the Print Media Field for over 35 years in various capacities. I had spent the last 20 years in Pre-Press/Customer Care/Project Leader. More recently I had moved to Customer Service as an Account Administrator. In my capacity as a Customer Service Account Administrator, I viewed my client base as more than just a number. I was a customer advocate as well as a friend in the industry. I have since retired from printing. I am now involved in the Health care industry. I find my new career in health care challenging as well as personally rewarding. As a Patient Account Repeseanative Account representative I possess detail-oriented, strengths recognizing mathematical errors, underpayments, and non-payments by insurance carriers on past-due accounts. I have strived diligently, building relationships with several insurance carriers and payers. Building a trusted relationship with the adjusters has resulted in a greatly reduced aging reports thus increasing our revenue stream. Dedicated professional with strong leadership skills, focused work ethic, and very adept at strategic planning, staff development and project management. I am enthusiastic and organized.
