I have 40 years experience in the oil and gas sectors working in various positions within design, engineering and construction. For the last 30 years I have mainly been involved in subsea/ offshore construction as construction manager responsible for the construction follow up of vessels, accommodation modules, subsea templates, and tie-in spools on behalf of clients and contractors I am also experienced in HSEQ, contract communications, planning, reporting, cost control, and with commercial discussions with respect to change orders etc I am a very good site team leader, communicator and are self motivated and ican motivate/ support other team members to achieve their individual goals and the project goals. I am a team builder who encourages open, constructive, and trustworthy dialogue on site between clients, contrators, and sub- contractors with the message that the sucess of any project depends on this I am currently working for Repsol on the new YME Development project where my duties are to lead a team of inspectors overseeing all construction activities. So far we have fabricated and installed the caisson support structure, new wellhead module, subsea loading system and at present overseeing all construction work on the Maersk Inspirer which is being upgraded for the YME field.
