For over 25 years, I’ve been developing, leading, and coaching high-performing audit and compliance teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. That enthusiasm and passion must be contagious, too, as 20 of my direct reports have progressed into leadership positions of their own under my tutelage. Several of these employees have also won company-wide awards for contributions and tireless efforts. While I’m exacting and driven, I’m also engaging and persuasive, which helps me cultivate deep professional relationships founded on integrity and loyalty. As such, I’ve become a trusted advisor to c-suite executives as well as an accomplished cross-functional collaborator.
