About Thomas Ehlers

I would consider myself an endlessly curious life-long learner with many interests, such as philosophy (specifically ethics and moral philosophy), physics, circuits (like wiring my own electric guitar), playing/writing music (I play alto saxophone, acoustic/electric guitar, bass guitar, as well as a bit of piano and trumpet, and I love music theory), biking, hiking, and camping. But above all else, I love problem solving and computational thinking: coming up with algorithmic solutions to complex and mathematical problems.I've been a tutor, whether it was math/physics, computers science, music theory, or guitar, and whether or not it was a job I was getting paid for, because I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and helping them understand how to solve problems.I've enjoyed my time at college, picking up plenty of skills along the way, but I am eager to put them to use in the real world.
