During my almost 12 years as a component verficiation engineer, I have gained a broad range of skills and experiences. One of my core competencies lies in performing precise measurements and analyzing data. I have applied various measurement techniques and conducted complex analyses to ensure accurate results. Furthermore, I have led a small team of employees to achieve the best possible and efficient results. Through my leadership, I have ensured that team members utilize their skills optimally and work together on projects to achieve set objectives. In the course of my work, I have also acquired extensive knowledge in ISO certification and conducting audits. I have reviewed processes according to ISO standards, conducted audits on complex equipment in collaboration with various calibration companies, and initiated improvements to ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, I have gained significant experience in procurement processes by identifying the need for materials and equipment and placing orders to ensure smooth project operations. Another important aspect of my work has been the use of Altium PCB design software. I have taken charge of PCB design and ensured that they meet requirements and function smoothly. Moreover, I have extensively worked with measurement automation and back-end testing. By automating measurement processes, I have been able to increase efficiency while minimizing human errors. I have also gained substantial experience in qualifying measurement setups to ensure they meet requirements and enable accurate measurements. Another area of my expertise lies in conducting calibration processes. I have established calibration standards to ensure that measurement devices operate accurately and deliver precise results.
