About Thomas Eli Adkinson

Throughout my life I have been in a multitude of roles where I have had the pleasure of working in customer service. Whether this be at the cash register, over the phone, or other ways, I always strive to be the very best at what I do and continue to learn and advance. If you asked me almost three years ago what I wanted to do in life, I would have not been able to give you a definite answer that was true to the heart. Now, almost three years later, the airline industry has sparked something inside of me that I never knew existed before. Being able to interact with so many new people, and learn about their cultures and background has made my life so much better. In my time working in the airline industry, I strive to continually improve and learn new skills, and then done everything in my ability to quickly and proficiently apply those new skills. I strive to grow within every workplace and want to be able to make the experience for myself and others an enjoyable and equitable one.
