About Thomas Engler

Financial and business management expertise in various functional area: In finance, my core strength: manufacturing accounting including development of reporting systems, annual budgets, strategic capacity plans and standard cost systems implementation. I also have extensive experience in business analysis including integrated financial model building, application of Monte Carlo analysis, M&A analysis and development of annual operating plans and multi-year strategic plans. I have experience in consolidation accounting including the translation of foreign subsidiary operating results and related eliminations. Outside finance, I have several years experience in administrating a large scale R&D portfolio from the evaluation and qualification of ideas, development of R&D plans and tracking results. Finally, I spent several years giving direction from a business process perspective in an SAP implementation that spanned several business and manufacturing and marketing units in Europe and North America.
