I am a Partner Support Specialist at Shopify, the leading e-commerce platform that powers over 1.7 million businesses worldwide. For more than nine years, I have been working remotely with the Kit and Ping Ireland team, providing technical and strategic support to merchants who use Kit and Ping, Shopify's marketing automation tools, to market their stores effectively. I conduct live webinars, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on how to use Kit and Ping to create and optimize Facebook ads, Instagram ads, post-purchase thank you emails, and email marketing campaigns. I leverage my strong background in online marketing, search engine optimization, and social media marketing, as well as my postgraduate degree in digital marketing, to empower merchants to increase their customer retention, grow their sales, and scale their businesses. I am passionate about technology, personal development, and public affairs, and I enjoy working with the fast-paced and innovative Shopify team.
