Scientific leader with 10+ years of research experience, including 5 years in industry-facing drug discovery. My background in structural biology has evolved to include computationally guided protein design and AI-enabled workflows. I’ve led teams and delivered impactful science across academic and pharmaceutical settings. 🤖 I use structure prediction and machine learning–based tools to accelerate construct design, improve protein stability, and streamline early discovery decisions, bridging experimental and computational approaches. 🧪 I currently lead a 12-person group at Novalix, a CRO, delivering high-quality protein tools and data packages for structure-based drug design, DEL screening, and biophysical assays. I work closely with global stakeholders from pharma, biotech, and academia to align scientific output with program goals. Collaborating across chemistry, data science, and business development teams, I help drive innovation and delivery across global R&D programs. I’m fluent in English and French and thrive in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
