About Thomas Fryer

I am an Associate Recruitment Consultant for S3 Life Science Recruitment, specialising in placing experts in bioinformatics, computational biology, and biometrics across Europe. I recently finished a Master's degree in International Security at Loughborough University in which I gained a Merit, having previously gained a 2:1 in Politics & International Relations as an undergraduate. Alongside this, I am a Reserve Soldier and work in recruiting, media, and outreach for the Regiment. I have experience as a consultant project manager through Common Mission Project, working for the MOD and Navy on a quarter of a billion pound project. Whilst studying for my undergraduate degree, I represented Loughborough University as a member of the Athletics Union American Football Team, and Shooting Team. I also represented the University as the Chair, and then Director General of Events and Media, for the Model United Nations Society, which involved public speaking and debating, organising events, managing the society's social media, and attending conferences across the UK. I have extensive experience working in hospitality and retail while studying, standing as a testament to my work ethic. Previous to University, I attended Maidstone Grammar School, where I achieved 4 A-levels grade A-C.
