For more than 3 decades, I have accompanied leaders on their journeys from their first steps as students to their rise as CEOs, entrepreneurs, PE investors, top bankers or senior political decision-makers. Over this time, I have built a globally unique, practice-based “longitudinal field study” of leadership, career decisions, & personal transformation comprising thousands of data gathered at every pivotal inflection point in their professional and personal lives. This perspective allows me not only to advise strategically but also to guide leaders through the human side of decision-making at moments where stakes for both organizations and individuals are at their highest.
