I have 15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business transformation and Marketing mainly within the Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation space. As part of the Sitecore EMEA Leadership team, I have, over a 10-year period, led, managed and expanded Sitecore’s business in Denmark, Nordics. Most recently, I’ve managed teams in emerging markets covering Europe, Africa and Middle East. Throughout my career I have worked with sales, business communication, business development, management, selling through and with partners, people development and development of new markets in the Nordic and EMEA region. As a Manager, I like to stay close to my team and to be connected. Despite a busy schedule and a team that is physically spread across different regions, I still consider it as my most important daily tasks to be able to lead, inspire, support, encourage and challenge my team. The close contact allows me to understand their need for help, their strengths and weaknesses and how I can best support them in their daily work. I like to encourage people to think creatively and independently. I have confidence in what they do and I encourage them to share knowledge across the entire team and across regions. At Sitecore, I have had the pleasure of having many different positions and responsibilities. Sitecore has grown at an incredible pace over the last 10 years and so have my responsibilities. I started out as a Partner Manager for Sitecore in Denmark and became the Managing Director of Sitecore Nordic & Sitecore International (Emerging Markets in EMEA).
