About Thomas Gadroy

Data Analyst with solid experience in content marketing and customer service, particularly within B2B startups.** Journey I spent 10 years as a Content Marketing expert (focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand building). Then, for 5 years, I specialized in content for customer service (customer education, knowledge management, etc.). In all these roles, data was at the core of my approach. Whether it's a question of interpreting it, converting it into concrete actions, collecting it, cleaning it up or automating it… or explaining it to decision-makers and their teams. So, in 2023, I decided to pivot and dedicate myself full-time to data. While I still have a passion for content—which remains a valuable asset, particularly for structuring documentation, explaining results to stakeholders, or analyzing large volumes of customer feedback—I’m now focused on going deeper into data. I completed a 2-month bootcamp to strengthen my hard skills (Python, SQL, data visualization, statistics, advanced data analysis strategies, etc.). In early 2024, I became the lead of the new “Voice of the Customer” team at PayFit, operating across three countries. My strengths (according to my colleagues)- I fully commit to my work and deliver results- I easily switch between strategy and execution- I approach every project with a results-driven mindset- I have a strong sense of organization, to the extent that I help structure projects and teams around my own- I’m a strong facilitator and workshop leader, especially with teams that have diverse contexts and goals. What I’m passionate about I enjoy working with teams that sincerely believe in their product, and with companies that prioritize efficiency, simplicity, and common sense. Current Focus - Customer feedback collection strategies (CSAT, CES, NPS, etc.)- Large-scale analysis of customer verbatims and behavioral data- Driving change (building a customer-centric culture)- Enablement (helping non-expert teams embrace data).
