My academic pursuits at the Boston College Carroll School of Management are fueling my entrepreneurial spirit. As a dual major in Management and Accounting, I'm gaining a comprehensive understanding of essential business principles, equipping me for success in various fields, particularly consulting and finance. This strong foundation is further bolstered by my current role as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for an MBA Statistics course. Here, I collaborate on course development and administration, fostering a positive learning environment for graduate students. This experience hones my communication and leadership skills – invaluable assets for collaboration and team management within a startup environment. As an intern at the Boston Red Sox, I'm gaining valuable real-world experience. By leveraging data analysis, I'm actively identifying opportunities to cut costs and develop sponsorship strategies that contribute to revenue growth. This experience not only strengthens my analytical skills but also ignites a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. My entrepreneurial drive extends beyond academics. As a former State Officer of Massachusetts DECA, I honed strong communication, teamwork, and strategic planning skills, contributing to the organization's growth and inspiring other students on their entrepreneurial paths.
