About Thomas Gitopoulos

Over the past decade I have been working in the Politics Department of various academic institutions as an International Relations lecturer and academic supervisor. My primary objectives have always been academic and professional excellence and also finding new ways to motivate students and employees in their business and academic endeavours. Always trying to discover of how students and employees personal interests can relate to their academic and career objectives. In my view, creating a sense of belonging to the working environment is of paramount importance. People need to identify themselves with what they are doing, and they need to feel that it is part of their lives. My experience as a course leader and as a lecturer, gave me the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world and understand their needs and views and what employment means to them
