With more than 11 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst at a Fortune 500 company, I offer a distinguished career marked by accomplishments in supporting all phases of the Software Delivery Life Cycle. This includes, but is not limited to successfully coordinating and planning for the definition, analyze, design and test phases of efforts such as new credit card product launches, re-engineering efforts and web applications redesign. I am able to produce the required outputs needed for each phase including entry and exit criteria for proper phase containment. I have extensive knowledge in testing methodologies for establishing test conditions and executing test cases utilizing testing tools like Mercury Quality Center and Quick Test Pro. Throughout my career, I have been able to progress from entry level Business Analyst to Lead Business Analyst. With great efficiency, I am able to be proactive in determining customer needs and transforming those needs into system and/or user requirements. I am that rare team player with both the ability to envision the big picture and the meticulousness to handle all the little details.
