I started at ups as a loader and was promoted to supervisor in August 2018. I’m mostly on the floor managing the employees, I tell them where to go and what to do. I train new employees, and do paperwork work on them. The paperwork work includes documenting there efficiency, mistakes, telling them how to correct any issues, and giving write ups for being late or insubordination. I also maintain contact with drivers to call off trailers. When people need help I help them lift boxes or breaks jams on the conveyor belts. I am currently at Millersville University studying applied engineering and technology management with a focus in robotics. I consider myself a strong and effective leader. I am always early and don’t mind staying late to make sure things get done on time.
