Our homes are NOT manufactured or mobile; they are set on a permanent cement basement or crawlspace with drywall interiors and retain their value as much as any "stick-built" home. We offer many floor plans and welcome custom designs. Our most popular types of homes are chalet, cape cod, ranch, raised ranch, two-story, and bi-level. Home/lot packages are available in the Hellertown, Bethlehem, and Easton areas. Each home is built with quality brand name products from such reputable manufacturers as Congoleum, Aristokraft, Andersen, Delta, Certainteed, Owens Corning, General Electric and more. We usually act as the general contractor of the job, coordinating the excavation, foundation, permits, plumbing, electric, HVAC, paving, septic and well, public utility hookups, right down to lawn and landscaping. But the customer can also handle those parts of the job as desired. We will set homes in the 'much' greater Lehigh Valley area.
