About Thomas Hall

Thomas Hall is an experienced attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado. Since graduating with honors from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 1992, Thomas has developed a private practice focused in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, conservation easements and non-profit corporation law. Thomas began to develop his estate planning expertise as a solo practitioner and trained mediator in Omaha, Nebraska from 1992 to 1997. In 1997 Thomas and his family moved to Colorado. During his seven years practicing as an estate planning attorney there, Thomas developed further expertise in conservation easements and non-profit corporation law. He represented rural landowners in negotiating complex conservation transactions with The Nature Conservancy, government agencies, and land trusts such as the Colorado Cattlemen's Agricultural Land Trust. In 1998 Thomas led a citizens group to establish the Crestone/Baca Land Trust in Crestone, Colorado, and served as its legal counsel. Thomas and his family moved to Texas in 2004. He joined Braun & Gresham, PLLC as a Senior Attorney. He is a member of The College of the State Bar of Texas. Thomas has made many professional presentations on legal, conservation and non-profit organization issues. Interesting Fact: Thomas recently completed the 500 mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in northern Spain with three of his children. He organized this walk as a charitable fundraiser.
