Thomas Hall is Senior Principal Technical Advisor for Malaria. He manages all activities related to malaria including providing technical assistance and programmatic oversight to integrated health projects managed. Tom has extensive technical and programmatic experience in malaria both in the field and from headquarters management perspectives. Tom has 26 years of public health experience. He started his career as a Peace Corps Volunteer (’85-’88) in Zaire and CAR. After earning his MPH at Johns Hopkins, he worked on a malaria project in Tanzania. He later worked for CRS and World Vision. Tom worked at USAID for 15 years including the Child Survival and Health Grants Program, USAID/Djibouti and the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) team. He has an MPH from Johns Hopkins University (1990). Tom was a Peace Corps Education Volunteer (85-88) serving two years in Zaire (now DRC) and one year in CAR (third year extension).
