About Thomas Hamilton

I am a person who genuinely enjoys helping people. One of my biggest joys is coaching little leaguers and seeing how they improve over the course of a season. I have the same attitude with my clients. What's the problem you are trying to solve? How can we improve performance for your team and improve the customer experience for their clients? I get a warm feeling from successfully helping my clients or simply by educating them. Starting in the NYC market, I have worked in the Telecom & Business Technology field for the better part of the last 17 years. As an independent solutions partner in my 1st 8 years in the industry, I marketed, sold & project managed Verizon Business services, internet, voice, and fiber solutions. Became very well-versed in navigating VZB & VZT. I went on to partner with many other Business Vendors to better help our client's specific needs. Over the years, my teams and I helped clients choose, order, and then project manage those orders of various internet solutions, voice solutions like UCaaS, POTS replacement & contact center solutions, CRMs, Cybersecurity, SDWAN, offer solutions, and cloud strategies like disaster recovery, colocation, 365 backup, and AI tech Solutions.
